They don’t think about the fact that not all cities and small towns have bus or subway systems, or like in my city, the buses stop running at 12:00 AM on the dot, or that people who don’t have a lot of money can’t afford to take cabs everywhere they need to go. This is another example of how out of touch with Americans lawmakers like Ryan and Lucas are.
