Why do you ask? This has nothing to do with falsification of the primary source. Abbas said what he said (if he did say it) and this should be relayed properly, without addition of private interpretations by the translators.

I will tell you my opinion though: if Abbas did say it (and it’s still not properly sourced) it was likely aimed at those Arabs who want to take Israeli citizenship. There aren’t many Jews who would want to live in the (future) Palestine.
