The Israelis should take a page from the Sea Shepherds and use prop fouling lines to disable the flotilla’s ships. Once disabled, the ships can be left to drift till they request towing, which will take them away from Gaza. Any attempt to deploy divers to clear the lines can be countered with the IDF sending in its own divers to detain them.
