Ummm no. Well if you get the Tea Party perspective be your guide I suppose so. But on the far more legitimate measure over decades and many issues that revolve around various amendments its a pretty close split. But really the Tea Party is far too new a phenomenon to go by, and the 14th too narrow.

I wasn’t talking about the right in general. I disagree with but understand constructionist views. I just find the teabaggers’ selective constructionism idiotic to the nth degree.
