Thank you very much. Just a few minutes ago I posted about the lack of clarity as far as my reading could find. I have some faith in the ACLU, but with a little reservation. So I went with their take. Glad to hear it’s not such a threat.

UPDATE: In case it’s not clear, I still think the president should veto the bill. What it does is bad enough. It just doesn’t do what a lot of people are saying it does.

I think that’s a very reasonable and honest opinion. I’m not convinced but it’s a very well done opposition to the bill.
