Atheists and those that oppose them miss the real issue by focusing on the issue of a deity. The argument over a society believing in a supernatural deity is a red herring. Religion is the real issue, with or without a god, and it’s use to organize and control people. Nazism was a religion. Communism was a religion. And Hitler and Stalin were their respective Popes.
