Wait I thought the right was against “frivolous lawsuits.” Note to the FRC, SPLC hasn’t labeled you as a hate group simply because you’re anti gay, it’s because of how you go about it: labeling gay and lesbian people pedophiles, using the mailing list of a noted white supremacist for supporters, etc. They’ve earned the label by being hateful pricks for years and are mad the SPLC called them out for what they are. That doesn’t justify the shooting but just because their building was shot up doesn’t make them any less hateful.
