It’s certainly interesting, how all of a sudden his local supervision in CA needs to talk to him, and the Feds will kinda come by and see if he wants to chat.

Given the “and anything else as directed by your probation officer” is on the “agreement,” this is a case where an undefined “well, you shouldn’t have done that” will trigger a violation question, just because.

Remember: It’s up to who is in charge and this portends a bad, bad precedent on both sides of the aisle….

It was a parole violation for him to use the internet, actually, according ot the terms of his parole.

People need to stop freaking out about a paroleed grifter dude having his shit reviewed by a parole board.
