You know, ever since Coulter ran off at the mouth about how OJ’s acquittal being the end of “white guilt,” I’ve found myself wondering if she’s got the date set a little too far back. I honestly think that a lot of wingnuts and Republican politicians viewed Obama’s election as the end of a need to be PC. That a black man in the White House meant they could be as racist as they liked again with an excuse that his election meant white people had “gotten over” their “guilt.”
