As a lifelong Scout and Scouter, assholes like Sanford that made Eagle and then turned their backs on everything that the Scout Law and Oath stand for really makes me angry.

Scouts, especialy Eagles, aren’t supposed to be perfect, we just strive for a higher standard, to be a benchmark; Sanford’s just a massive fail at life where it should really count.
