I’ve had so much trouble trying to get tickets through them that I either go directly to the box office of the venue where I want tickets, or I don’t buy a ticket. (I expect that works better for theatre tickets than rock concerts, though.)

I used to buy online through ticketmaster, but it seems like most venues allow you to buy directly online now and there are so many other way to get tickets online, TM is almost obsolete
