I smell a set-up.

I didn’t think Hillary would leave the senate for Obama’s cabinet for just this reason — he sees her as a rival.

Back during the election, when she was rumored to be a VP choice, and afterwards, when she was floated as Sec of State, I said she wouldn’t leave the senate because Obama would jerk her around — make her look ridiculous — in order to eliminate her as a possible 2012 opponent.

I bet she wishes she was back on Capitol Hill again…
