Probably not. I have this idea that any military operation must be very British. Orderly and polite —gentlemanly like behavior.

I know what you mean. I’ve just never seen any war pictures or read any war stories that sounded particularly orderly or…antiseptic. When I drove a taxi I used to pick up tons of military people. Every single one that had seen combat said it was awful. It’s blood, and guts, and death.
