Dinner tonight is boneless pork loin chops with sauteed sauerkraut and sliced apples, seasoned with cinnamon and caraway seed.
Cooking should commence about 45 minutes so it’s all ready to plate when MrBWS walks in the door after being away all week.

I can almost smell it and you haven’t even started yet.
