I have to apologize. Last night I made a horrible post and have a hangover of regret this morning.

I spelled mandolin without the e which is the delightful musical instrument. But I meant the mandoline with an ‘e’, the alleged vegetable slicer/finger murder weapon that is currently on time out in my kitchen because it’s an asshole.

Thank you for letting me get that off my chest.

That’s almost as bad as confusing Macarons with Macaroons, or Macron (the French politician).
