My take on this is simple: Commissar Obama does not have to release any records of his to the public if he doesn’t want to. Plain and simple. The government already has copies of the required documentation he needs to be eligible to be President, right? If so, then he has NO obligation to release them, as they are private records of a private citizen, IMO. If he wants to release them to the public, that’s his prerogative.

One question I have is, just out of curiosity, can someone file a FOIA for these records, as they are held by the government, or is that off-limits under the law?
