I actually agree, partially. I’d like to see if we could ID some of the drug traffic heading north. Not vehicles carrying illegals (I don’t want people massacred), but drug carriers. Blow up a small number of them, and I think that would have a positive effect.

Umm… how do you tell a van carrying drugs from a van carrying illegals from a few thousand feet up?
