fans love that sort of stuff…nicknaming players and stadiums etc…they all have their gig…but the team/Cowboys have done more for the league and the game than people realize…it’s a long colorful story full of all kinds of twists and turns including major fan emotion…love is all part of it…I just accept the entire sport phenom for what it is

fair enough, I simply see it from the perspective of someone who has always had to deal with the downside of it, while never enjoying the upside ;-)
