By not releasing the pictures, he is opposing the court. Last I heard, he was trying a different defense then the Bush one that lost. If you have a link with new information, please post it, otherwise, it’s just speculation.

it was his idea to release the pics in the first place, same as the lawyers advising the CIA….what exactly are you trying to say?
