I don’t like this. I could easily see a moonbat private institution (Oberlin comes immediately to mind) booting out its Republican Party, while citing this as precedent.

And thanks to the Republicans these days, they could easily fish out an excuse: Michelle Bachmann, Ron Paul, etc etc.
