if you escalate drama, then drama will escalate. it takes two. if you compare an argument to World Events, well, don’t be surprised when that argument takes up a gigantic looming apocalyptic silhouette in your mind.

Actually, most dysfunctional pathologies are escalated either in groups of people who isolate themselves or by an individual’s own obsessions.
