Oh man there was a woman whose name came up when Kagan and Sotomayor were chosen. I forget her name. It’s Kathleen something though I think. But openly lesbian. Not only qualified but I’d love that for the reaction alone. Obama has shown to me he values diversity in who he places on the court so that could fit. Judge Nguyen who has been brought up fits that as an Asian-American as well.
