Well hell Blue I really hate to say this, but y’all better start thinking about whether or not you’ve sexually or racially or gender or gender-based harrassed anyone at all. Doesn’t have to be intentional - could have been a joke you told to a group of co-workers and someone over heard it or something. But I don’t like the fact that HR is involved in that.
Please write me an e-mail* - if you want to - after you’re meeting - I’ve had some experience with such situations in the US - respresenting people accused of such things.
