Was it a “tactical” error on his part to assume guilt without evidence that Martin had committed a crime?
Was it a “tactical” error for him to violate the principles of town watch by: (1) carrying a weapon, (2) following Martin, (3) not being in touch with partners on the phone, (4) not having someone with him?
I have a sinking feeling that you’re trying to twist this case to somehow redeem SYG laws, which are very problematic at their very conceptual root.
I’m not sure I understand your question. I said Zimmerman shouldn’t have been following him and Martin made a tactical error in confronting him.
