As much as the authoritarian oldsters here fuss and complain and copypasta links day after day about OWS, they already got theirs, they’re already sitting pretty with cash, property, families, good jobs that they won’t be shitcanned from at a moment’s notice, so of course they don’t care.

Doens’t affect them! They got theirs. Satisfied and safe.

Whereas young people who are being fucked over in this depression (and I agree with Krugman, that is what it is) we see things differently.

The rules have been fixed, income inequality is vast compared to 30 years ago, and that’s just a fact. And likely irreversible.
