OFFS, these same nitwits who are now suggesting the AG has no authority to say a EO is unconstitutional were among the fuckers who rushed to declare every EO signed by Obama as being unconstitutional.

Missing the entire point of an AG (a prosecutor): To decide what cases should go to trial, and which should be sent back for more investigation.

The point is both to try to trip Ms. Yates and to confuse conservatives about what her job actually was.
