The fuckers don’t surprise me anymore with this kind of craven nonsense. They think it’s the moral/ethical/religious failing that leads to death and medical issues, ignoring that all too frequently it’s an accident or injury that results in someone getting addicted to painkillers that leads to addiction on opiates to relieve the pain, and sometimes things go terribly wrong.

It can happen to anyone.

The GOP simply doesn’t care - they don’t care at the national level. They don’t care at the state or local level, and this is just more of the mask coming off.
