I don’t like abortion either, but the best way to reduce abortion is to help mothers find ways to keep and raise their children: more maternity leave, lower chilldbearing and childrearing costs, etc. women avoid getting pregnant in the first place.

And remember, no form of birth control (except abstinence) is 100%, and there is always user failure…
