Just a cursory exploration and you can find some of the approved buildings are greater than 10,000 sq feet buildings. I can’t imagine how vacant/open the city is going to appear once they are finished.

I hope that they are the severely blighted industrial buildings that are so decrepit that they have to be considered hazardous; no windows, unsafe structures, weeds, etc.

I went through that Abandoned Twitter feed and was saddened by all the companies that just left all their shit there; roller coasters, etc. Litter, industrial style.
