Inter-Library Loan FTW. It’s a bit more of a PITA and takes longer, but most things can be found somewhere. I’ve also found ILL will sometimes send PDFs of articles.

Back in the day, say 4 decades ago, there were no PDFs to send and it was hard to pry bound copies of obscure journals out of the libraries that held them.
