I, as a 55 year old white woman, would give over my ID. If, however, I was treated as if I had done something wrong every time I encountered a LEO, I would react in exactly the same way she did.

At a point, you should not have to expect to be targeted because you’re black, or an immigrant, or a less than well dressed person walking through a well dressed area.

That makes the assumption of guilt concrete for no other reason than skin color or the clothes you wear. And that is wrong.

The LEO was only asking for her ID. BFD. And the prostitute claim IS hyperbole and was already debunked. Again, stop the drama. It’s only an ID….no one lost their life, liberty, or pursuit of happiness.
