This is an oil pastel painting of a sliced strawberry. It’s on a 9x12 piece of sanded paper. I’m not a trained artist and I’m more interested in color than anything else, but this is probably my best work so far. (Usually I do pears.)

And yes, as I was finishing up, I was getting a Georgia O’Keeffe vibe from it. Oh well.

Hey, that’s pretty good. colored pencil? My aunt draws with those.
