Ummm, exactly how “freely” can forces “move around” in tunnels and caves? I mean, I can certainly see a military rationale for using big-ass bombs to destroy tunnel complexes or whatever, but isn’t it simple logic that by the time your enemy has had to retreat into a cave, free movement is not going to be one of their advantages?

But then, this is the Trump Administration: they usually stop at the “simple” part and seldom move on to the “logic”…
