What would be the cost of not passing the HCR bill?

Can you name anything other than a just-passed bill you’d’ like to cut? Obviously our current financial system wasn’t caused by the HCR bill, so you should be able to name something else that you want cut.

The healthcare bill doesn’t count? Okay then, I didn’t support the bailout(s) either.
