Conservatism can be compared to monoculture agriculture as far as disease goes. It’s great when things are normal, but a novel disease comes along and the crop (or conservatives) are all cut down.

I’m not a statistician, but I’ll bet that you could make a strong correlation now between death or serious disablement from Covid-19 and conservatives. Anti-mask, anti-vaccine, anti-social distancing all work in favour of the virus.

What if they believe that if they get the ‘rona, they’ll make it, and support anti-mask, anti-vaccine, anti-social distancing, anti-hand hygiene, etc. to be able to spread it so it can take out whoever they regard as Untermensch? 🤔
