This is not a surprise:

While it is true that a lot of Latinos are culturally conservative because they are often deeply religious, that doesn’t immediately translate to support for Ted Cruz because of his last name.

The GOP might figure this out eventually.

Latinos also have a strong sense of community, which is why they support good schools and government programs to help people advance socially and economically, which is something the GOP refuses to consider.
