I’ve seen a lot of UFOs, emphasis on the U. To me, that belief is really no more nutty than any religious belief, anyway.

If he went on and on about it, then it’d be pretty kooky.

Kucinich is an easy target for the media, and they paint him as a clown because it’s useful to them. I have not heard any criticisms of him that do not boil down to either a personal attack, or simply an ideological disagreement.

When we have people like Bachmann floating around as representatives, calling Kucnich kooky is kind of quaint.
