It should not be on the ” Republicans (that) filibustered their (dems) attempt to repeal DADT
Where the “blame” lies is on the congress and admin that gave us that act
Why should the administration be blamed for an act that improved the situation from what it was previous to that, when the psych evaluation had a question about homosexual tendencies and where those suspected of homosexuality were investigated?
