Markos Moulitsas who tweeted “Mission Accomplished, Sarah Palin”, effectively declaring the Gifford shooting was her fault because she targeted Giffords district as ripe for taking over in 2010.

How is that tweet not an attack on Palin. I trust Moulitsas is recognizable enough.

What part of “Mission Accomplished, Sarah Palin” is violent rhetoric? I’ll wait for an answer.
