Also, I’m no legal expert. I’m curious how the hell you can arrest someone who has not committed a crime?

They are technically not arresting many of the people (at least the journos). They are detaining them for a couple of hours before releasing them. None have paperwork or court dates or anything.

How they are treating citizens during these arrests…I don’t know.
