Barney Frank is hilarious at the end of the clip. Frank proposes opening an investigation into the Nixon and Reagan administrations. People are openly laughing. I’m not a big Barney Frank fan but I’ll give him points on this one for thinking quick and being funny.

I am a Frank fan specifically because he is willing to mock teh!crazy when it rears it’s tinfoil covered head.
