Back in 69 I just about talked my dad into buying a convertible Camaro. He bought a Satellite instead.

On a serious note,,, in 1969 my father GAVE away a 1956 Chevy Bel Air to a friend

That persons son has that car NOW ,, all reconditioned (did most of it himself over time)

Several years ago I went out and bought a 57 Bel Air (I always wanted a 56 or 57). Dad gave his away before asking me if I wanted it!
