Assuming his prior 2007 arrest resulted in a felony conviction, reckless endangerment is what he’s been arrested with now, for discharging a gun in a motel room. Since his prior arrest was outside a clinic it was probably for trespassing or suchlike.

A felony conviction should (or does here) result in being forbidden to carry a fire arm.
