And while I’m Bitching..I’ve been pissed off at Java for years.. They just have no clue about versioning and updates…You would think when you update Java that it would be backward compatible but if your program needs a certain version it breaks…Now that Oracle owns it maybe they can fix it…Heck Even Microsoft figured out versioning issues…Remember back in the day if you had a 16 bit program you could still run it on a 32 bit machine because they developed 16 to 32 bit Chunking DLL’s in \windows\system directory.. Java has issues with the API’s that may beyond fixing any more..
