I speculated that this means there was no suicide bomber?

Were these devices on timers?

If remote detonated devices does that mean we used some sort of anti-remote device that shuts down cell phone signals? (remote bombs are usually detonated by radio frequency or cell phones).

Or it could mean the bomber could only set off 2 devices before panic or injury set in.

All speculation at this point.
