Yea, I suspect they’ll transfer to either California or New York. The case they laid out for summary dismissal seems pretty tight to me, but I ain’t no lawyer.

However, there’s really no doubt that in the end, Chuck’s going to get body-slammed. This suit is just obviously frivolous.

I thought they already did transfer to California, seeing as that’s where Chuck lives and Gawker is based.
