If this is him (and it probably is—he’s from Tuscon) then he’s a nut, but not one of any political party. He does seem to think the government might be watching him, that his civil rights are threatened, and that we need a new currency (?), but he lists both Mein Kampf and the Communist Manifesto among his favorite books.
An eclectic lunatic, in short, if this youtube page is to be believed.

One of his videos rails against article 1 section 10 of the constitution. Sounds like ron paul stuff.
