I’ve seen this with my own eyes, but no, I don’t understand it.

Not Scots, a little further east, as it were.

My wife and her folk just don’t seem to get my humor. ‘Course, my family and I were always ribbing each other - she thinks we’re mean, for the way we carry on, but she thinks we’re downright evil on those occasions when we just think we’re being mean or setting folks straight.
