Yes. The Antichrist is an agent of Satan, but not Satan himself. The Muslims have a similar character, an ‘imposter’ who comes near the end of time and pretty much does everything our Antichrist does. It gets some airing in the epistles of St. John. Or it’s a poetic representation of emperor Nero.
