This is your brain. This is your brain having a dream. If you watch science fiction movies chances are you’re going to dream about things you saw in a science fiction movie. Just like back in the 1800s people would have dreams about wagon trains and not “aliens”. It’s just a dream. People didn’t start thinking about “aliens” until Hollywood invented them. Sheesh.

Somebody’s obviously never read “War of the Worlds.”
